The challenge

The client ran aging data centers that were expensive, fragile, and slowing every release. Previous cloud attempts had lifted-and-shifted the problems along with the servers.

What we did

1. 01Ran a well-architected review to separate what to move, modernize, and retire.
2. 02Codified the target environment in Terraform for repeatable, reviewable changes.
3. 03Re-platformed core services onto managed and serverless equivalents.
4. 04Introduced FinOps practices so cost stayed visible and owned by teams.
