What you'll do
- Own products end to end: from scoping and architecture through delivery and iteration.
- Work directly with clients and a small, senior team, without layers in between.
- Set and hold a high bar for quality, and help others reach it.
- Make pragmatic decisions with incomplete information, and revisit them as you learn.
What we're looking for
- Substantial experience shipping and operating real software in production.
- Strong communication, you can explain trade-offs to engineers and executives alike.
- A bias for simplicity and a healthy skepticism of hype.
- Comfort with ambiguity and genuine ownership of outcomes.
